To view a property

Convenient appointments are available for you to view the property of your choice. Viewing a property is available during office hours 9am to 5.00pm and Saturdays 9am to 12.30pm. If the property is currently occupied arrangements will be made with the occupier and our advisor will call you back with a day and time you can visit.

When you meet our Lettings Co-ordinator details of the Tenancy will be discussed with you. This then gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have with regards to letting a property from David Blount.

Information

• Each intended occupier over 18 years must be a Joint Applicant.  Joint applicants should both complete an application form.
• For a Single Applicant a non-returnable fee of £75 is payable upon presentation of the Application form.
• For Joint applicants, a non-returnable fee of £75 is required for the first Applicant and then a further £40 is required for each additional Applicant.
• For Company applications, a non-returnable fee of £125 is payable upon presentation of the Application form.
• Please note that you may require a Guarantor. Should a Guarantor be required a non-returnable fee of £40 will also be required upon presentation of the Application form.

YOUR GUARANTOR MUST BE A HOME OWNER AND IN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT.
