Finding a tenant for your property is only the beginning of being a Landlord. Making sure your tenants can pay their rent and look after your property is paramount. We can advise you on achievable rental values, referencing, agreements, on-going property management.
We maintain very high professional standards and our office is registered with ARLA [Association of Residential Letting Agents]. We are members of TDS for deposit protection and The Ombudsman Scheme for lettings and have agreed to follow the TPO Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents which goes well beyond that required by law.
For our FULLY MANAGED SERVICE – 10.5% + VAT = 12.6% of rent collected
Initial Set-Up fee for each new tenancy – £350.00 + VAT = £420.00 We DO NOT charge for Inventory preparation or check outs

For our TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICE – One month’s rent subject to a minimum of £600.00 + VAT = £720.00
